摘要
目的:探讨Er:YAG激光治疗面部浅表瘢痕的疗效。方法:478例面部浅表瘢痕患者,应用Er:YAG激光首先在瘢痕表面进行表层汽化,扫描光斑重叠25%～40%,使创面的基部基本平整。结果:478例患者经治疗后瘢痕平整,有效率100%,患者满意率100%。结论:Er:YAG激光具有精确度高、损伤小、操作方便的优点,且术后并发症少、色素沉着程度轻。故我们认为Er:YAG激光是治疗面部浅表瘢痕安全、有效的方法之一。
Objective To explore the effect of resurfacing superficial scar in face with Er：YAG laser. Methods 478 patients with superficial scar in face were treated with Er：YAG laser. The scar＇s surface was vaporized firstly, then 25%- 40% of the vaporized area was vaporized again until the scar＇s base becomed flat. Results All the 478 patients had achieved efficacy （100%） ,and they were satisfied with the results （100%）. Conclusions Er：YAG laser is easy to manipulate and is more exactly than other lasers. It is especially effective in enhancing the clinical outcomes of scar revision with less complications and pigmentation, thereby Er：YAG laser providing the patients with superficial scar in face an additional therapeutic option.
