像素激光2940nm治疗面部色素沉着的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨2940nm像素激光治疗面部色素沉着的疗效。方法:采用像素激光对57例面部色素沉着(激光、强脉冲光治疗后色素沉着23例、药物后色素沉着34例)患者实施治疗,波长2940nm,治疗3~5次,治疗间隔时间30天。结果:所有患者均能耐受,经治疗后面部色素基本恢复正常,无色素沉着及瘢痕形成。随访3~6个月,面部皮肤色泽如常,患者比较满意。结论:采用2940nm像素激光治疗面部色素沉着疗效可靠、操作简单、治疗耗时短,不影响患者日常工作和生活,无严重并发症发生,是一种较理想的治疗色素沉着的方法。 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of 2940nm laser for facial hyperpigmentation. Methods 2940nm laser was used for treatment of 57 patients suffered from facial hyperpigmentation, a series of three or five treatment at 30 days intervals. Results All patients can tolerate. After a series of treatments using 2940nm laser, the facial hyperpigmentation returned to normal, no pigmentation and scar formation. Follow-up 3-6 months, the patient was satisfied. Conclusion 2940nm laser is an effective and safety technique for facial hyperpigmentation.
