摘要
本文对急性乙醇中毒时猝死的原因及防范措施进行了分析阐述,主要猝死原因有误吸、急性胰腺炎、心脏急症、脑出血、双硫仑样反应、低体温、横纹肌溶解和洗胃后低渗。希望能为临床医生正确地诊断与治疗急性乙醇中毒及避免医疗失误提供借鉴。
This paper discussed the causes and prevention measures for the sudden death in acute alcoholic intoxication.The main causes included the mis-aspiration,acute pancreatitis,cardiac emergencies,cerebral hemorrhage,disulfiram-like reaction,hypothermia,rhabdomyolysis,and hypotonic state after gastric lavage.That was instructive for the clinician to diagnosis and treatment for acute alcoholic intoxication and to avoid the medical malpractice in the clinical work.
