摘要
目的探讨酒速愈对急性酒精中毒小鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法采用56度红星二锅头酒灌胃建立急性酒精中毒小鼠模型,以葛花解酲汤为对照,观察酒速愈对急性酒精中毒小鼠醉酒时间、醉酒率以及脑组织SOD活性、MDA含量的影响。结果模型组小鼠出现明显先兴奋后抑制的表现,脑组织MDA含量较正常组升高,SOD活性降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,酒速愈高、低剂量组可明显降低小鼠醉酒率(P<0.05),延长醉酒时间(P<0.05或P<0.01),各治疗组均可明显升高SOD活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),高剂量组可明显降低脑组织MDA含量(P<0.01);与葛花解酲汤组比较,酒速愈高剂量组醉酒时间明显延长(P<0.05),酒速愈高、低剂量组SOD活性明显升高(P<0.01),高剂量组MDA含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论酒速愈饮酒前给药可明显降低醉酒率,延长醉酒时间,具有显著解酒作用,其药理机制与该药调节脑组织自由基代谢,抗氧化损伤,保护急性酒精中毒小鼠脑组织的作用有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Jiusuyu on activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in brain issue of mouse with acute alcoholism. Methods The model of acute alcoholism was established by drinking 56° Hongxing Eeguotou drink. The ebriety rate, ebriety time, activity of SOD and the content of MDA in brain issue were observed. Results The mouse appeared exalting at the first, then repressive. Compared with normal group, the activity of SOD in brain issue were decreased and the content of MDA in brain issue were increased(P〈 0.01)in rnodd group. Compared with model group, ebriety rate were decreased(P〈 0.05)and the ebriety time were prolonged(P〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) in Jiusuyu high - dose and low - dose group. In treatment group could increase the activity of SOD was incrensed(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The content of MDA in brain issue were decreased(P 〈 0.01) in high- dose group; Compared with control group. The ebriety time were prolonged(P〈 0.05)in Jiusuyu high - dose group; the activity of SOD was increased in Jiusuyu high - dose and low - dose group ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the content of MDA was decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ) in high - dose group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Jiusuyu could decrease ebriety rate and prolong ebriety time as to prevent ebriety before drinking. Jiusuyu could improve free radical metabolized, resist oxidation damage and protect brain issue in mouse with acute alcoholisrh.
