摘要
本文对心肺复苏（CPR）自主循环恢复后复苏后综合征（PRS）的认识过程进行了阐述，剖析了复苏后病、复苏后综合征、心脏停搏后综合征与围心脏停搏综合征四种概念的内涵，并对相应器官功能保护措施进行了简述。这对CPR病理生理的认识和临床实践均有一定的指导意义。
Objeetlve This paper discussed the new perspective on the post - resuscitation syn- drome after spontaneous circulation recovery during the cardiac - pulmonary resuscitation with the cardiac arrest, and analyzed the deep meaning about the four important terms ： the post - resuscitation disease, post -resuscitation syndrome, post -cardiac arrest syndrome, and peri - cardiac arrest syndrome. That was instructive to investigate the pathophysiology and clinical practice on the cardiac -pulmonary resus- citation.
