摘要
建筑工程专业英语翻译对于学习和交流国内外先进的设计方法和施工技术等,都发挥了极其重要的中介作用。本文从建筑工程专业词汇、句法、长句的基本特征入手,结合实例,对汉英翻译的具体过程进了详细的阐述和分析,探讨了其中的翻译方法和策略。
Translation has played a very important role in exchanging advanced design schemes and construction technology between China and other countries. This paper discusses basic lexical and syntactical features of English used in construction engineering and proposes some methods and strategies for translating texts of construction engineering.
