摘要
作为一种贸易合同,石油合同以促成石油贸易为目的。石油合同文本多使用被动结构来增强合同文本的客观性。本文基于目的论及其三个原则,结合实例讨论石油合同文本中被动结构的翻译,期待为石油合同文本的翻译贡献绵薄之力。
The establishment of the petroleum contract aims to facilitate the petroleum trade. Petroleum contract texts tend to adopt passive structures to enhance the objectivity of the contract. This paper, based on the Skopos theory and its three rules, discusses the translation of passive structures in the text of petroleum contracts with examples. It is expected that this article will be beneficial to further translation of petroleum contracts.
