摘要
研究茶多酚对细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤的作用。方法采用3种自由基生成体系诱导红细胞膜脂质过氧化,脂质过氧化物用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定。结果茶多酚对黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶系统、H2O2及UV照射三种方法引起的细胞膜硫代巴比妥酸反应物(TBARS)生成增加均有抑制作用,其作用呈剂量依赖性,IC50分别为2.29、1.65和2.73mmolL-1。结论茶多酚对自由基引起的细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Tea Polyphenol on lipid peroxidation damage of erythrocyte membrane induced by radicals.METHODS: The lipid peroxidation of erythrocyte membrane induced by radicals derrived from threee radicals generation systems models was measured by thiobarbituric acid spectrophotmetry. RESULTS: Tea Polyphenol doesdependently inhibited the increases of thiobabituric acid reactve substance (TBARS) content in the membrane exposed to xanthinexanthine oxidase system,H2O2 or UV light.The IC50 were 229,165 and 2.73 mmolL-1,respectively.HZCONCLUSION: Tea Polyphenol may protect erythrocyte membrane from the lipid peroxidative damage induced by radicals.
