牛磺酸对失血性休克再灌家兔血清一氧化氮的影响

摘要 为了观察牛磺酸对失血性休克再灌注家兔血清一氧化氮 ( NO)变化的影响 ,将 2 4只家兔随机分为假手术组 ( A)、对照组 ( B)和牛磺酸组 ( C) ,以硫代巴比妥酸比色法和硝酸还原酶法测血清丙二醛 ( MDA)和 NO含量。结果显示 ,B组再灌注后 30分钟、2小时、4小时的血清 MDA明显高于 A组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 NO显著低于 A组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。
