摘要
为了对高红症发病机理进行深入的研究和筛选防治高红症的新药,我们以低氧、高寒、口服氯化钴等复合因素复制了大鼠高红症疾病模型。复制周期为40天。Hct、Bb、Rbc的升高率均分别超过对照组参数的20%(P均<0.01)。在海拔2260m处,模型有随时间推移而逐步恢复正常之趋向。木法有许多优点:设备简单,易于操作,节约,可行,重现性好。
or studying the mechanism of and selecting new drugs for high altitude polycythemia(HAPC),a HAPC model was constructed with mixed factors of hypoxia,cold and oral cobaltchloride etc,The results showed that the reconstructing period of the model was 40 days. TheHct,Hb,RBC and whole blood viscosity in the models were increased by 20%than controls(P<0.01).At 2 260m altitude the changes in models were reversible with time. This reconstructingmethod showed some advantages for laboratory use.
