摘要
目的研究石榴(Punica granatum L.)皮提取物对红细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法采用3种活性氧产生体系诱发脂质过氧化为实验模型,设立模型对照组(MC)、正常对照组(NC)以及3个石榴皮提取物给药组,观察比较各组的丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果同MC组相比,三组石榴皮提取物对黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶系统、H2O2及UV照射3种方法引起的细胞膜脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的生成增加均有抑制作用,且有一定的剂量依赖关系。结论石榴皮对自由基引起的细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of pomegranate pericarps ( Punica granatum L. ) on lipid peroxidation damage of erythrocyte membrane. Methods Model of lipid peroxidation of erythrocyte membrane was made by three kinds of radicals generation systems, xanthine(Xan)-xanthine oxidase(XO) system, H: O:, and UV light. Observation was made on the content of malondialdehyde (MDA). Results Compared with MC group, the increases of MDA content in the membrane induced by Xan-XO system, H2O2 or UV light in all of the three Punica granatum L. group were inhibited dose-dependently. Conclusion Punica granatum L. may protect erythrocyte membrane from the lipid peroxidative damage induced by radicals.
