摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对黑龙江省部分高校学生体育锻炼态度进行了调查研究,研究结果显示:1)测量的量表包括8个分量表,总体测量得分较高,反映学生具有较好的锻炼态度。2)学生的锻炼态度总体上是趋向于积极的,但仍然有部分学生态度差,说明学生锻炼态度的形成需要一个长期的过程,不仅仅是靠短时间的体育课就能够建立起来的。3)学生认识到了锻炼的价值意义,对体育锻炼有着比较丰富的情感体验。4)学生的锻炼行为积极,意图明确,但是主观标准较低。5)测量数据可以用来进行教学评价,为教师提供学生课堂内外态度方面的指标。
The paper used the methods of documents、questionnaire and expert discussion to investigate the students＇ attitude towards sports in part Colleges and Universities in Heilongjiang province.The following is its results：① Altogether there are 8 sub tables,the total score is high,this reflects that students＇ attitude towards sports is good.②The general attitude is positive,but still some have negative attitude.This reflects the formation of attitude is a long process,not by the short-time classes.③ Students have realized the value of sports,and they have variety emotional experiences about sports.④Their exerting is active,their aim is clear but their standard is low.⑤The data can be used for teaching evaluation,and also can be used by teachers as a target of students＇ attitude in and out of classes
