摘要
目的:体育锻炼态度与锻炼行为有高度的相关性,它是对体育的认知、情感和行为意向的综合体现。方法:毛荣建制定《体育锻炼态度量表》将我国体育锻炼态度领域的研究趋于“标准化”,因此该研究统计和分析我国大学生锻炼态度相关研究。结果:①大学生锻炼态度得分与论文发表年份呈负相关,与各省经济呈正相关;②文科/理科、大学年级和城镇/农村统计学上无差异性;③少数民族大学生态度得分差异显著;④性别、锻炼习惯在研究对象中具有非常显著的差异性;⑤教学内容和方式的实证研究促进锻炼态度的显著提升。结论与建议:①应加大社会学、心理学方法的实证研究,利用多学科、先进技术的交叉探索提升锻炼态度,进而促进体质健康水平;②推动体育经济和体育文化的不断发展,缩减城乡差异,从社会学因素助力大学生体育锻炼态度现状;③围绕“运动强度、频率和时间”锻炼态度的“金标准”,改进体育文化氛围,推行高校体育教学模式和教学内容改革。
Objective:Attitude to physical exercise is highly correlated with exercise behavior,which is a comprehensive reflection of sports cognition,emotion and behavior intention.Methods:Mao Rongjian formulated the Physical Exercise Attitude Scale,which tended to standardize the research in the field of physical exercise attitudes in China.Therefore,this study made statistics and Analysis on the related research on exercise attitudes of college students in China.Results:①There was a negative correlation between College Students'attitude to exercise and the year of publication,and a positive correlation with the provincial economy;②There was no statistical difference between liberal arts/science,university grade and town/countryside;③There was a significant difference in attitude scores of Minority College students;④There was a significant difference in gender and exercise habits among the research subjects;⑤An Empirical Study on teaching content and methods to promote the remarkable improvement of exercise attitude.Conclusions and suggestions:①Empirical research on sociological and psychological methods should be strengthened to enhance exercise attitudes by using cross-disciplinary and advanced technology,so as to promote physical fitness;②Promoting the continuous development of sports economy and sports culture,reducing urban-rural differences,and boosting college students'attitudes towards physical exercise from sociological factors;③Focusing on"sports intensity,frequency and level"The golden standard of time exercise attitud e,the improvement of sports culture atmosphere,the implementation of college physical education teaching mode and teaching content reform.
