摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定心复康口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法采用HPLC,phenomenex（luna5u C18（2）100 A,250 mm×4.6mm）色谱柱,以乙腈-水（体积比32∶68）为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为20℃,检测波长为203 nm。结果黄芪甲苷在0.676~6.760μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为97.60%,RSD为0.35%。结论所测结果准确可靠,有良好的精密度和重现性,可有效地测定心复康口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Xinfukang Oral Liquid by HPLC. Methods Phenomenex（luna 5u C18（2）100A,250 mm×4.6 mm）was used with acetonitrile-water（32：68） as mobile phase,and flow rate was 1mL/min;column temperatre was 20 ℃;the detective wavelength was 203nm. Results Astragaloside Ⅳ had a good linear relation in the range of 0.676～6.760 μg（r=0.999 8）and the average recovery was 97.60%,RSD was 0.35%.Conclusion The method has good precision and reproducibility and the results are reliable and accurate.It can be used to examine Astragaloside Ⅳ in Xinfukang Oral Liquid.
