摘要
目的:建立芪参健骨颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)。色谱柱:Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈∶水=32∶68;流速:1.0mL.min-1;柱温:25℃;漂移管温度:65℃;气体流速:1.8L.min-1。结果:黄芪甲苷在1.001～10.01μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=1.634X+1.926(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为98.58%,RSD=1.5%。结论:该方法简便快速、结果准确可靠、方法重复性好,可用于控制芪参健骨颗粒的质量。
Objective：To establish a method for the determination of Astragaloside in Qishen jiangu Granules by HPLC-ELSD.Methods：HPLC-ELSD.The analysis was carried on a column of RP-C18（Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18,4.6mm×150mm,5μm） by HPLC,using Acetonitrile -water （32：68） as the mobile phase;The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.And the column temperature was 25℃. Drift tube temperature：65℃; gas flow rate：1.8L·min-1.Results：A good linearity can be found in the range of 1.001～10.01μg,the Regression equation is Y=1.634X＋1.926（r=0.9995）. The average recovery rate was 98.58% ,RSD=1.5%.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable. It can be used to control the quality of Qishen jiangu Granules.
