摘要
应用双波长薄层扫描法测定扶正抗癌丸中黄芪甲苷含量 ,平均回收率 96 .9% ,RSD为 1.72 %。结果 :方法重现性良好 ,结果准确可靠。
The dual-wavelength TLCS was used for the determination of the content of the astragaloside A in Fuzhengkangai Pill. The mean recovery of 96.9 % was achieved with RSD of 1.72 %. The result of assy with the method developed was proved to be well reappeared, accurate and reliable.
