摘要
目的:建立测定竺黄喷雾剂中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Zorbax C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(32∶68,V/V,用磷酸调pH=3),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为200nm。结果:黄芪甲苷的进样量在1.0~10.0μg范围内与其峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均<2%;平均加样回收率为99.80%,RSD=1.89%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好、回收率高,可用于竺黄喷雾剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of astragaloside IV in Zhuhuang spray. METH-ODS: HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Zorbax C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(32 : 68, V/V, pH adjusted to 3 with phosphoric acid) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detec-tion wavelength was 200 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of astragaloside IV were 1.0-10.0 μg(r=0.999 8) with average recovery of 99.80% (RSD=1.89% ,n=6). RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2%. CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible with good recovery rate, and it can be used for the content determination of as- tragaloside IV in Zhuhuang spray.
