摘要
目的 :探讨干扰素α(IFN α)对人肺腺癌细胞的增殖抑制和诱导分化作用。方法 :用不同质量浓度IFN α(2 5 μg/L ,75 μg/L ,10 0 μg/L)处理人肺腺癌A54 9细胞 ,记录细胞数目 ,进行甲基绿 派洛宁染色 ,测定软琼脂集落形成率。结果 :IFN α能明显抑制A54 9细胞的增殖 ,药物组与对照组之间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,药物组与对照组比较增殖型细胞减少 ,分化型细胞数增加 ,双层软琼脂中细胞集落形成受到明显抑制 ,对照组集落普遍比药物组集落大 ,且单个集落中细胞数目多 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :IFN α对A54
Aim: To explore the effects of interferon α(IFN α) on multiplication inhibition and differentiation induction of human lung adenocarcinoma A 549 cell line Methods: Human lung adenocarcinoma A 549 cells was treated with IFN α(25 μg/L, 75 μg/L, 100 μg/L),and the cells numbers were recorded.The rate of forming colonies in the soft agar was measured using methyl greenpyronine Results: IFN α could obviously inhibit the cell multiplication There were significant differences between the treated and control groups( P <0 05), and reduced colony forming and the colonies of control groups were commonly larger than those of the treated group( P <0 05) Compared with the control group, the sum of multiplication cells decreased and differentiation cells increased Conclusion: IFN α can inhibit multiplication and induce differentiation of A 549 cells
