摘要
目的了解丝裂霉素C(MMC)及透明质酸(HA)对准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(PRK)术后及正常兔角膜成纤维细胞增殖的影响。方法对兔角膜成纤维细胞体外培养,观察MMC及HA对细胞生长的影响。结果MMC及HA对兔角膜成纤维细胞生长具有明显的抑制作用。结论从细胞生物学角度揭示MMC及HA作为能有效抑制体外培养角膜成纤维细胞增殖的药物,作为PRK及其它眼科手术后用药的可能性,以期有助于防止或减少手术并发症。
ObjectiveTo study the role of mitomycin C(MMC) and hyaluronic acid (HA) on the proliferations of normal and photorefractive keratectomy(PRK) rabbit corneal fibroblasts.MethodsA primary culture of rabbit corneal fibroblast was established to observe the effect of MMC and HA on cellular proliferation.ResultsIt approved that MMC and HA have inhibition effect on proliferation of rabbit corneal fibroblast.ConclusionThe result of the study may be benificial to post treatment of PRK and other ophthalmic operations,reducing complications,and enhancing the outcome of the surgery.
