摘要
目的 探讨丝裂霉素 C在泪囊鼻腔吻合术中的应用及效果。方法 将 92例 10 5眼慢性泪囊炎随机分为 MMC组 48例 5 5眼和对照组 44例 5 0眼 ,MMC组术中应用 0 .4g· L- 1 MMC,对照组未用 MMC,术后平均随访 2 9m o。结果 手术成功率 :MMC组为98.0 8% ,对照组为 82 .6 1% (P<0 .0 5 )。吻合口开通率 :MMC组为 10 0 % ,对照组为82 .6 1% (P<0 .0 1)。前后瓣膜愈合时间 :MMC组为 7.86 d± 2 .75 d,对照组为 7.2 2 d±2 .2 3d(P>0 .0 5 )。吻合口出血发生率 :MMC组为 3.6 2 % ,对照组为 2 % .结论 MMC可作为治疗慢性泪囊炎的一种安全、简单、有效的辅助措施 。
Objective To probeinto the application and effect of mitomycin C(MMC) to dacryocystorhinostomy Methods The chronic dacryocystisis,92 cases(105 eyes)were performed with the same level dacryocystorhinostomy,randomly divided into two groups:MMC group,48 cases(55 eyes) given MMC 0 4g·L -1 Control group,44 cases (50 eyes) without MMC The average period of postoperative following up was 29 months ResultsThe successful rates of remote operations: 98 08% in MMC group,82 61%( P <0 05) in the control group The percentage of anastomotic stoma open:100% in MMC group,82 61%( P <0 01) in the control group Healing period of anterior and posterior valve:7 86d±2 75 d in MMC group and 7 22d±2 23d( P >0 05) in the control group The bleeding ratio of anastomotic stoma:3.62% in MMC group, 2% in the control group.Conclusion MMC can be used as one of safe ,simple ,effective and auxiliary measures to treat chronic dacrocystisis,which can notably enhance the successful rates of operations
