超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法检测中药制剂和保健品中非法添加的醋酸氟轻松 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立检测中药制剂和保健品中非法添加的醋酸氟轻松的专属性方法。方法采用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法,通过与醋酸氟轻松对照品的保留时间和多极质谱图比对,定性鉴别样品中非法掺入的醋酸氟轻松。结果在一批样品中检测出醋酸氟轻松。结论所用检测方法准确、快速、灵敏,可以有效地检测中药制剂和保健品中非法添加的醋酸氟轻松。 Objective To establish a specific method for identifying fluocinonide illegally added into traditional Chinese patent medicines and health care products.Methods Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC)-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(MS) method was used.Comparing with the retention time and the mass spectrums of references,the target compound in sample was screened and identified.Results Fluocinonide was detected out in one sample.Conclusion The method is accurate,rapid and sensitive,which is proved that the method is effectively to detect fluocinonide illegally added into traditional Chinese patent medicines and health care products.
