摘要
采用ＨＰＬＣ同时测定血中泼尼松、氢化泼尼松和氢化可的松。取血清１ｍｌ，用二氯甲烷提取，空气流吹干，５０μｌ甲醇溶解残渣，进样１０μｌ，色谱柱为Ｃ＿（１８）柱，流动相为甲醇－四氢呋喃－水（２０：２０：６０），泼尼松、氢化泼尼松和氢化可的松的平均回收率分别为９５．５４％，１０９．２９％和９８．５８％。日间变异系数分别为７．３２％，１０．０７％和７．６４％。
HPI(was used for simultaneously determining prednisone, prednisolone and hy-drocortisone in serum. Before chromatography samples containing an internal standard(acetanilide)were extracted by dichloromethane, the extract was evaporated and the residue re-constituted with 50 μl methanal,10 μl of this was injected Onto a reversed-phase C_(18) column.Themobile phase was methanal-tetrahydrofuran-water(20:20:60)。Analytical recoveries of pred-nisone,prednisolone and hydrocortisone were 95. 54%,109. 29%and 98. 58%。Day-to-day preci-sion(RSD) was 7. 32%for prednisone,10.07%for prednisolone and 7.64%for hydrocortisone.
