摘要
目的 检测三七粉中掺入的醋酸地塞米松。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法,C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水梯度洗脱或乙腈-四氢呋喃-水(25:18:57)等度洗脱,检测波长240 nm。结果 在两种液相条件下,供试品溶液中均检出醋酸地塞米松,且样品中的醋酸地塞米松与其他杂质峰能有效分离,通过比较供试品和对照品色谱保留时间和其紫外光谱信息,以及样品中峰纯度检查,供试品中含有醋酸地塞米松。结论 本测定方法简便、灵敏、专属性强。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a RP-HPLC method for the identification of dexamethasone acetate in Sanqi powder. METHODS: The analysis was performed on a ODS column, using the mobile phase composed of methanol-water gradual elution or acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water (25:18:57). The detection wavelength was at 240 nm. RESULTS: Dexamethasone acetate in Sanqi powder was identified by comparing the retention time, UV-spectra and peak purity. A satisfactory separation between dexamethasone acetate and other components was obtained. CONCLUSION: This method appeared to be simple and specific. It provided an efficient way for the identification of dexamethasone acetate.
