摘要
目的:建立固相萃取浓缩-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定化妆品中10种糖皮质激素类药物的方法。方法:样品经提取后,通过Oasis HLB固相萃取柱进行浓缩净化,用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定(以正离子电喷雾电离,检测方式为多级反应离子监测(MRM)),内标法定量。结果:糖皮质激素在5~150ng/mL范围内,线性相关系数均>0.99;在5~40μg/kg添加水平,10种糖皮质激素的回收率为52.5%~112.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.21%~11.08%(n=6)。结论:该方法具有快速、定量准确、检测灵敏等优点,适于化妆品中多种糖皮质激素药物的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of eleven glucocorticoids (prednisolone, methylprednisolone, prednisone, dexamethasone, triamcinolone, betamethasone, triamcinolone acetonide, fludrocortisone acetate, beclomethasone, cortisone and flumethasone) in cosmetics by solid phase extraction and HPLC-MS/MS. Methods: Various cosmetic samples were extracted with methanol under ultrasonication. The extract was centrifuged and the upper solution was HLB solid phase extraction cartridge.
