摘要
目的:评价我院特殊使用抗菌药物的应用情况。方法:对我院2007-2009年特殊使用抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行回顾性统计、分析。结果:我院第4代头孢菌素类药的销售金额和DDDs呈上升趋势,碳青霉烯类的销售金额和DDDs居首位,抗真菌药的销售金额构成比呈下降趋势而DDDs逐年上升。结论:我院特殊使用抗菌药物的临床应用不尽合理,需加强管理。
OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the utilization of antibacterial drugs for special purpose in our hospital. METHODS： The utilization of antibacterial drugs for special purpose in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum and DDDs. RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of the fourth-generation cephalosporins showed an increase tendency, the consumption sum and DDDs of carbapenem ranked at the first place. The composition ratio of antifungal drugs showed a decline tendency, while the DDDs increased year by year. CONCLUSION： The utilization of antibacterial drugs for special purpose in our hospital is irrational on the whole, the management of them should be strengthened.
