摘要
目的促进临床合理使用抗菌药物,研究预防措施及对策。方法对湖北省黄石市二院部分科室抗菌药物的使用情况进行分析、归纳、总结。结果抗菌药物使用三高一低问题十分突出(使用率高、联用率高、更换率高、药敏试验率低)。结论需加强临床医生对合理使用抗菌药物知识的学习培训,进一步规范抗菌药物的管理。
Objectlve To accelerate clinical logically used Antimicrobial drug, and investigate preventive steps and countermeasure. Methods Used complexion of Antimicrobial drug in our hospital departments were analyzed, concluded and summarized. Results These rate of Antlmicrobial drug used, combined use and instead were high, but the rate of bacteria culture given testing was low. Conclusion Clinical doctors must have intensified their knowledge of rationally used Antimicrobial drug, and Antimicrobial drug must be uheriorly criterion.
