摘要
以圆度误差分离技术为例,着重分析了影响分离精度的因素,提出了改善分离精度的数据有效性检验、集合平均、无附加相移数字滤波等措施。同时应用实例说明所述措施的必要性及实用性。
To ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement and separation is the principal reaearch in error separation techniques. Taking roundness error separation for example, this paper puts emphases on the analyses of the factors influencing separation accuracy, presents the approaches to improve separation accuracy, such as selection of measurement parameter, effectiveness inspection of sample data, set average, and digital filteration without additional phase shift. Analyses show that selection of measurement parameter can be used to avoid harmonic loss and improve separation accuracy, effectiveness inspection can avoid rough and large error, set average can reduce random noise, and digital filteration can remove high harmonic error and smooth the profile error of measured cylindrical object. Also this paper explains the necessity and applicability of the approaches through actual measurements.
