摘要
结合后勤装备服役特点,综合考虑亚热带沿海地区湿热、紫外光照、盐雾等主要腐蚀因素的影响,建立了适用于后勤装备表面涂层的加速试验环境谱,给出了各环境块的具体确定方法,并且提出了建立加速谱与装备实际使用环境的当量加速关系的方法。为后勤装备外露关键部位涂层使用寿命评定、涂层有效性检验和腐蚀修理方案制定提供了重要的依据。
An accelerated testing environment spectrum for surface coating of logistics equipment was established combining with the characteristics of the service of logistics equipment and considering the main corrosion elements of subtropical marine area,such as humidity,ultraviolet solar radiation,and salt fog.The determination method of environmental blocks and establishing method of the equivalent relation between accelerated spectrum and the actual application environment were put forward.The purpose was to provide foundation for service life evaluation of surface coating of logistics equipment,availability examination of coating,and establishment of corrosion repair project.
