摘要
文中用逼近法和双线性变换法,设计了用于圆度测量的高斯数字逼近滤波器,并给出了零相移的递归滤波算法,计算量小,计算效率高,易于实现。增加逼近滤波器节数,可以提高滤波精度,8节高斯逼近滤波器的幅度传输特性偏差小于2%。用于圆度测量的高斯数字滤波算法还有效地解决了滤波的边缘效应问题。
A series of Gaussian digital approximation filters used in roundness measurement were designed on the basis of approximation method and bilinear transformation. The zero-phase-shift recursive Gaussian filtering algorithm has a small number of computation operations, therefore it is efficient and easy to realize. The filtering accuracy can be improved with the increase of the orders of approximation filter. The amplitude transmission characteristic deviation of the eight-order Gaussian digital approximation filter without the edge effects is less than 2%. The algorithm effectively solves the edge effects of the filter.
