摘要
随着国家与社会对幼儿园教师的要求越来越高,幼儿园教师感受的社会压力越来越大,然而其身份、地位与待遇始终偏低,致使幼儿园教师普遍出现了严重的职业倦怠,心理问题突出。幼儿园作为教师工作与生活的具体微观环境,应为教师营造良好的专业发展氛围,树立高尚的道德风气,让教师更多地从其职业生活中体验成功;应为教师设立心理咨询室,促进教师同伴友好关系,协调上下良好管理关系,提高教师心理自我调控能力。当然这也需要教育行政部门、家长、社区等社会机构与力量的共同努力,一起为幼儿教师营造有利于其身心健康发展的氛围。
Kindergarten teachers at present generally have some psychological problems because they could not response to the pressure given by the time. The kindergarten and the society should pay attention on and explore the approaches to resolve the problems for kindergarten teachers＇ psychological status would have deep effects on children＇s soul and development.
