摘要
教师具备良好的幽默感,不仅有助于调整自身专业心态,充分应对专业实践中的各种问题,而且对于有效地组织课堂教学,营造和谐的课堂氛围,为儿童提供良好的情感和发展支持具有重要意义。由于教学艺术和教学幽默之间存在着紧密的内在联系,因此幼儿教师可以通过在教学中进行教育价值追问和反思,在师幼互动中努力构建平等的师幼交往关系,以及在行动研究中积累和升华教学经验等途径逐步培养幽默感。
Teachers have a good sense of humor, not only to facilitate the adjustment of their professional attitude, but also for the effective organization of classroom teaching. The close intrinsic link existing between teaching art and teaching humor makes kindergarten teachers develop sense of humor gradually.
