摘要
在梳理多国体育行业职业资格证书制度的基础上,分析了国外体育行业职业资格证书制度的主要特征:构建了职业资格证书制度体系;形成了以能力为基础的标准体系;职业资格证书与学历证书并重;打造了多元化的培训渠道;严格的证书质量管理。认为我国推进体育行业职业资格认证制度建设,应当积极发挥政府导向与推动作用,科学制定职业标准和内容,加强证书质量管理,稳步开放与境外职业资格证书互认制度。
This paper sorted out the features of foreign sports vocational qualifications： well-established vocational qualifications;already formed a competency-based standard system;equal stress on the vocational qualification certificate and diploma;a wide range of training channels;strict certificate quality management.It was needed to promote China＇s sports professional qualification certification system in： an active role of the government guidance and the promotion of role;scientific development of professional standard and content;the improved certificate quality management;the steady opening up and the mutual vocational qualification recognition system with foreign countries.
