摘要
目前,我国社会体育指导员的现状不容乐观,高校作为培养社会需要人才的地方,要充分发挥高校人、财、物的优势,通过加强宣传和体育教学的改革,借社会体育指导员职业资格证书制度的实行,把培养社会体育指导员的工作引进高校,尽快培养出合格的初级社会体育指导员,同时为大学生提供一条新的就业途径。
By analyzing the situation of our social sports instructor , the author thinks that it is a good idea to cultivate the social sports instructor using the superior condition in general college.
