摘要
建立职业资格证书制度是经济社会发展的客观要求,它对提高我国劳动者素质和健全社会主义市场经济体制,具有非常重要的意义。职业资格证书的建立和实施,是一件十分复杂、细致的工作,既要注意学习国外的成功经验,又要认真研究我国的具体国情,要在政府有关部门的统筹规划下,有计划有步骤地进行。
Constructing vocational credentials system is the requirement of economic and social develop-ment.It has great significance in improving the quality of labours and promoting the market economic sys-tem.The construction and im plement of the vocational creden tials is a very demanding work,it needs us not only learning foreign successful experiences,but also studying the special situ ation of our country.It also needs relevant departments of the government overall planning the whole pro cess and carries out them smooth ly and steadily.
