摘要
目的:评价蜂胶紫苏软胶囊辅助降血脂的功能。方法:建立大鼠高脂模型,试验前检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量。根据TC和TG水平将大鼠随机分为高脂对照组及蜂胶紫苏低、中、高剂量组,给予软胶囊内容物30天,实验末再次检测TC、TG和HDL-C水平。结果:与高脂对照组比较,中、高剂量组中TC、TG水平降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:蜂胶紫苏软胶囊对高脂模型大鼠有良好的辅助降血脂作用。
Objective：To evaluate the effects of propolis perilla soft capsule on blood-lipid regulation.Methods： Rats were fed with high-fat feed in order to establish the hyperlipidemia model.The contents of TC,TG and HDL-C in the serum of the rats were tested before the experiment and the rats were divided into 4 groups randomly according to their TC level consideration to TG level,including the hyperlipidemia control group,propolis perilla low,middle and high dose groups.Soft capsule contents were given for 30 days,and then the TC,TG and HDL-C level of the rats were retested.Results： Compared to the hyperlipidemia control group,the TC level of the middle and high dose group were decreased and the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The propolis perilla soft capsule is effective on blood-lipid regulation of the hyperlipidemia model rats.
