摘要
甘油三酯(Triglyceride,缩写TG)是人体内含量最多的脂类,对人体能量供给和内脏保护具有重要作用.为了探讨中国健康成年人甘油三酯参考值的空间区域变化规律,本文运用了相关分析、多元线性回归分析、BP神经网络分析等方法,对3841例中国不同地区的健康成年人的甘油三酯参考值和地理因子进行了分析,为中国不同地域健康成年人甘油三酯参考值的标准提供参考依据.结果表明:(1)甘油三酯参考值与经度、纬度、年降水量、年平均气温、年平均相对湿度、年日照时数、气温年较差等7项地理因素呈显著至极显著相关,各参数之间存在多元线性回归关系.(2)总体上,甘油三酯参考值的分布较为连续,西部较东部高,北部较南部高.(3)区域上,甘油三酯参考值东南部沿海地区普遍较低,而西部地区普遍高于东南沿海地区,东北地区、内蒙古东部、新疆北部高于中国大部分地区.(4)如果已知某地区相关地理因子值,则可通过模型预测得到该地健康成年人的甘油三酯参考值.该研究能够为医学制定中国甘油三酯参考值的标准提供地域性依据.
Triglyceride(TG)is the most abundant lipid in human body and plays an important role in energy supply and visceral protection.In order to explore the spatial and regional variation regularity of triglyceride reference values of healthy adults in China,the reference values of triglycerides and geographical factors of 3841 healthy adults in different regions of China were analyzed by correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and BP neural network analysis,which provided a reference for the standards of the reference values of triglycerides for healthy adults in different regions of China.The results showed that:(1)The reference values of triglycerides were significantly correlated with longitude,latitude,annual precipitation,annual average temperature,annual average relative humidity,annual sunshine hours and annual temperature difference,and there was a multivariate linear regression relationship among the parameters.(2)Generally,the reference values of triglycerides were more continuous,higher in the West than in the East and higher in the North than in the South.(3)Regionally,the reference value of triglycerides was generally lower in the Southeast coastal areas,while higher in the West than in the Southeast coastal areas,and higher in the Northeast,Eastern Inner Mongolia and Northern Xinjiang than in most parts of China.(4)If the geographic factors of a region are known,the reference values of triglycerides of healthy adults in that region can be predicted by the model.This study can provide a regional basis for the formulation of the reference values of triglycerides in China.
