摘要
目的探讨螺旋藻干粉制剂辅助降血脂和调节免疫功能。方法经口给予饲高脂饲料大鼠和小鼠0.4、0.8、2.4 g/kg.bw剂量的螺旋藻干粉制剂30 d,测定实验前后大鼠的血清TC、TG、HDL-C水平,并测定小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞系统的吞噬功能及NK细胞活性。结果与高脂对照组比较,2.4 g/kg.bw剂量可显著降低饲高脂饲料大鼠血清总胆固醇水平(P<0.05),0.82、.4 g/kg.bw剂量可显著降低饲高脂饲料大鼠血清甘油三酯水平(P<0.05),对HDL-C水平未见明显影响。0.8、2.4 g/kg.bw剂量能提高小鼠单核—巨噬细胞碳廓清的能力、增强小鼠迟发型变态反应及ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力、提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数,与对照组比较,P<0.05或P<0.01,对NK细胞活性未见明显影响。结论螺旋藻干粉制剂对动物具有辅助降血脂作用,具有增强免疫力功能。
Objective The adjuvant blood lipid lowering and immune function enhancing activity of Spirulina in animal models were evaluated. Methods Rats and mice fed with high- fat diet were orally administered with Spirulina at doses of 0.4g/kg. bw, 0.8g/kg. bw, 2.4g/kg. bw for 30 days. Serum cholesterol (TC), triglycerida (TG), and high - density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL - C) levels; and Cellular immunity, humoral immunity, clearance capacity of mononuclear - macrophages and NK cell activity were respectively monitored before and after the aorninistration of Spirulina. Results As compared with the control high- fat- diet- fed rats, the 2.4g/kg. bw close could significantly decrease serum cholesterol level (P 〈 0.05) ; 0.8g/kg. bw, 2.4g/kg. bw dose could significantly lower serum triglyceride level (P 〈 0.05), but Spirulina did not change the serum HDL - C level. As cempared with the control mice, 0.8g/kg. bw, 2.4g/kg. bw dose could markedly enhance the carbon clearance capacity of mononuclear - macrophages, enhance the delayed type hypersensitivity and lymphocyte transformation capacity induced by ConA, and significantly increase antibody forming spleen cells. Spirulina showed no effect on NK cell activity. Conclusion Spirulina could assist blood lipid lowering and enhance immune function in rodents.
