摘要
主要介绍鸡精加工工艺,对生产工艺和设备进行深入探讨,并针对鸡精吸潮及结块问题产生的原因展开分析,提出了具体的解决方法。
In this paper,the deep processing technology was introduced,the problems of moisture absorbing and caking of chicken essence were analyzed and related solutions were offered.
