摘要
提出了混合动力汽车牵引电机的现代设计理念和原则,提出了一种应用在混合动力汽车中的高密度盘式轮毂电机,并对该电机的结构、特点和性能进行了讨论。该电机电枢由各个在磁路上没有联系的迭片定子极和简单的集中绕组组成,也称为分段的电枢铁心,它省去了定子铁心轭部,节约了成本,降低了损耗,电机结构简单易制造,电机的性能优良,是直驱车轮驱动系统最理想的电机之一。
This paper offered the modem design concept and principles of traction machines in the hybrid electric vehi- cle system and presented a high density disc type in-wheel machine specifically designed for hybrid electric vehicle traction application. The construction and characteristics as well as performances of the machine were discussed. The armature of the machine consists of several laminated stator poles with the magnetic circuit separated from each other and concentrated windings, namely segmented armature, which saves the stator core yoke and reduces the cost and loss. The machine configu- ration is simple and easy to manufacture and the machine has good performances, so the proposed machine is one of the most preferential machines.
