摘要 为简化盘式永磁同步电机的仿真模型,优化电磁方案,在磁路分环算法基础上,通过磁路分析等效计算,使得2D直线电机与3D盘式电机等效仿真得以实现。针对550kW的盘式永磁同步电动机,提出了两种设计方案,并对两种方案进行了2D直线电机模型的等效分析。仿真结果表明2D直线电机的模型仿真可以在一定程度上代替3D盘式电机的模型进行仿真分析,特别是相反电动势以及气隙磁密的等效误差均在5%的范围内。在仿真时间上,2D直线电机模型仅为3D盘式电机模型仿真时间的1/12。 In order to simplify the electromagnetic calculation model of disc permanent magnet synchronous motor, optimize the electromagnetic programs, based on the magnetic ring equivalent calculation, the calcu lation of equivalent magnetic circuit analysis makes the equivalent simulation of 2D linear motor with 3D disc motor can be realized. Two design schemes for the 550 kW disc permanent magnet synchronous motor were proposed and equivalent analysis was to be done in the two programs by 2D linear motor models. The simula tion results show that the model of 2D linear motor can take the place of the 3D model for simulation of disk type motor analysis in some points, especially the equivalent errors of back EMF and air gap magnetic flux density are in the range of 5%. On the simulation time, 2D linear motor model is only 1/12 of the 3D disc motor model.
