摘要
高磁能积永磁体的出现使盘式永磁电机的定、转子可以设计成无铁心结构,减少了在同等输出功率和轴转矩条件下电机的重量,避免了铁心损耗且减少了转矩脉动。结合这些特性,设计了基于DSP的盘式无铁心永磁电机调速驱动系统。该系统以TMS320LF2407为控制核心,EXB841作为功率驱动单元,整个系统结构紧凑,集成度好。采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方法,有效抑制了电流谐波分量和转矩脉动。实验表明,系统稳态转速平稳且无静差;超调量小;能够获得最大启动转矩,响应快,转速上升时间仅为30ms,具有令人满意的调速性能。
Due to the availability of high energy PMs, the disk type stator and rotor of that kind of axial flux permanent motors (AFPMs) topology can he designed without ferromagnetic cores, which leads to the reduction of mass and increase in the efficiency of the machine at the same output power or shaft torque. Also it avoids iron losses and decreases torque ripple. Considering these characters, a design of coreless AFPMs speed driving system is studied. A compact integrated structure is gained as a result of usage of TMS320LF2407 as core of system and EXB841 as power drive unit. The harmonic of current is reduced to restrain torque ripple by space vector PWM. Experimental results show satisfying speeding performance such as fast speed response (30ms)and little overshoot.
