摘要
针对面装式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)常规控制技术下存在的最大输出转矩限制问题,提出一种适于弹翼负载模拟系统特殊运行条件的增磁增矩负载角恒定的新型直接转矩控制策略,在保证系统一定稳定裕量和较优转矩/电流比的前提下增加电机转矩输出能力。分别从空间矢量图和转矩—负载角特性角度对其进行了理论分析,给出了在电压极限圆和电流极限圆限制条件下的电流矢量轨迹及该控制策略的具体实现方式。仿真结果表明:该控制技术动态性能优异,在保证系统一定稳定裕量的前提下,可稳定输出10倍额定转矩,使得弹翼负载模拟系统可以选用容量小和惯量小的电机,从而削弱惯性力矩的负面影响。
There exists the problem of maximum torque limitation in the conventional control techniques for surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) ; thus,a novel direct torque control (DTC) scheme was proposed for missile wing load emulation system running in special conditions,with torque increase by field-enhancing and keeping a constant load-angle. The control scheme was theoreti-cally analyzed respectively through the space vector diagram and the characteristics of torque to load-an-gle. The current vector locus was given with the limitations of voltage-limit circle and current-limit circle. Meanwhile,the specific implementation of the control scheme was presented. The simulation results show that this control scheme has excellent dynamic response and can give a steady decuple output of rated torque on the premise of a certain stability margin. Therefore,the motor with small capacity and low iner-tia can be selected for the missile wing load emulation system,which can greatly weaken the negative im-pact of the inertia moment.
