摘要
针对空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)能明显减少逆变器输出电压的谐波成分,且具有较高的电压利用率,更易于数字实现的特点,介绍了一种基于TMS320F2812和智能功率模块(IPM)IRAMX16UP60A的电压空间矢量控制系统的方案。阐述了SVPWM的原理与实现,并在此基础上讨论了以TMS320F2812为控制核心的系统硬件实现和软件设计方法。测试结果表明,该方案SVPWM谐波少,控制系统稳定可靠,永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制精度高、速度稳定、超调量和稳态误差都比较小,达到了预期的要求。
Aiming at the characteristics that space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM ) can significantly reduce the voltage harmonic components of the inverter output, has a high voltage utilization and is easy to achieve digitalization, a kind of space voltage vector control system program was introduced based on TMS320F2812 and intelligent power module (IPM) IRAMX16UP60A. The principle and implementation of SVPWM were described. Then the implementation of the system hardware and an approach of software design were discussed based on the control core of TMS320F2812. Test results show that all of the following indexes can reach the expected requirements: the harmonic wave of SVPWM is less, the control system is reliable, permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM ) control precision is high, PMSM speed is stable, and overshoot and steady-state error are relatively small.
