摘要
目的:建立同时测定大豆中的速灭威、异丙威、残杀威、仲丁威、克百威、抗蚜威和甲萘威的毛细管柱气相色谱检测方法。方法:用乙腈提取大豆样品中的氨基甲酸酯类农药,经弗罗里硅土柱净化后,毛细管色谱柱(HP-5)分离,NPD检测。结果:本方法分离效果好,7种氨基甲酸酯类农药的检出限范围为0.01 mg/kg～0.02 mg/kg,加标回收率平均值为76.8%～109.8%,相对标准偏差为6.39%～11.7%。结论:该方法快速,灵敏,准确,完全满足大豆中述7种氨基甲酸酯类农药的测定要求。
Objective：To establish a method for simultaneous determination of seven carbaminate pesticide residues in soybean by gas chromatography with nitrogen phosphorous detector（NPD）.Methods：The seven carbaminate pesticides were extracted with acetonitrile.The extract was cleaned up by Florisil column,separated with capillary column HP-5 and detected by NPD.Results： The seven carbaminate pesticides were separated from each other,the detection limits were in the range of 0.01 mg/kg～0.02 mg/kg,the average recovery rates were 76.8%～109.8% and the RSD ranged from 6.39% to 11.7%.Conclusion： The method was rapid,sensitive and accurate,it can be used for determination of the seven carbaminate pesticide residues in soybean.
