摘要
目的:建立同时测定大豆中的速灭威、异丙威、残杀威、仲丁威、克百威、抗蚜威和甲萘威的毛细管柱气相色谱检测方法。方法:用乙腈提取大豆样品中的氨基甲酸酯类农药,经弗罗里硅土柱净化后,毛细管色谱柱(HP-5)分离,NPD检测。结果:本方法分离效果好,7种氨基甲酸酯类农药的检出限范围为0.01 mg/kg~0.02 mg/kg,加标回收率平均值为76.8%~109.8%,相对标准偏差为6.39%~11.7%。结论:该方法快速,灵敏,准确,完全满足大豆中述7种氨基甲酸酯类农药的测定要求。
Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of seven carbaminate pesticide residues in soybean by gas chromatography with nitrogen phosphorous detector(NPD).Methods:The seven carbaminate pesticides were extracted with acetonitrile.The extract was cleaned up by Florisil column,separated with capillary column HP-5 and detected by NPD.Results: The seven carbaminate pesticides were separated from each other,the detection limits were in the range of 0.01 mg/kg~0.02 mg/kg,the average recovery rates were 76.8%~109.8% and the RSD ranged from 6.39% to 11.7%.Conclusion: The method was rapid,sensitive and accurate,it can be used for determination of the seven carbaminate pesticide residues in soybean.
