摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇、水、磷酸为流动相,对残杀威生产过程中的原材料邻苯二酚、中间体邻异丙氧基苯酚及杂质邻二异丙氧基苯作一次性分析。该法变异系数为:邻苯二酚066%,邻异丙氧基苯酚031%,邻二异丙氧基苯051%。方法回收率为:邻苯二酚9846%~101.11%,邻异丙氧基苯酚9967%~100.80%,邻二异丙氧基苯9963%~101.16%
The HPLC method with methanol, water and phosphoric acid as the mobile phase was used for determining catechol, oisopropoxyphenol intermediate and odiisopropoxybenzene in the raw materials of production of CANSHAWEI, a kind of pesticide. The coefficients of variation are 0.66%, 0.31% and 0.51% for three compounds, respectively. And their recoveries are 98.46%101.11%, 99.67%100.80% and 99.63%101.16% respectively.
