摘要
目的:了解本地蔬菜及水果中有机磷农药的残留情况,为有关部门加强农药生产销售及使用各个环节的管理,从而提高农产品卫生质量提供科学依据。方法:对本地市售蔬菜及水果按国家标准方法[1]进行12种常见有机磷农药残留抽检,对抽检结果按国家卫生标准[2]进行评价分析。结果:90件蔬菜及水果共检出有机磷农药10种,检出其残留超标的有机磷农药8种,有机磷农药残留检测合格样品61件,合格率67.8%。结论:本地市售蔬菜及水果的生产过程中有机磷农药的不正当使用和滥用情况严重。
Objective：Understanding the situation about the residual organic phosphor pesticides in the local vegetables and fruits can make the related departments strengthen the management of production, sale and use of pesticides and provide the scientific gist for improving the sanitary quality of farm produce. Methods： To examine the twelve common residual organic phosphor pesticides in the local vegetables and fruits according to the state standard measurements, then, analyze and evaluate the results according to the state sanitary criterion. Results：There were ten organic phosphor pesticides in ninety samples. Among them, there were eight superscale organic phosphor pesticides, while there were sixty - one eligible samples, the rate of eligibility was 67. 8%. Conclusion：It is very serious that the wrongly use and misuse of the organic phosphor pesticides in producing the local vegetables and fruits.
