摘要
目的利用近红外光谱法快速测定头孢羟氨苄胶囊含量。方法采集头孢羟氨苄胶囊NIR光谱,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)进行回归,经内部交叉验证建立头孢羟氨苄胶囊的NIR光谱与HPLC法测定值之间的多元校正模型,预测头孢羟氨苄胶囊的含量。结果内部交叉验证决定系数R2为95.6,内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)为0.804,外部验证均方差(RMSEP)为1.13。结论本法快速、简便、无损,结果准确,适用于测定头孢羟氨苄药品含量的现场快检。
Objective To develop a novel method for fast determination of cefadroxil capsules with NIR. Methods NIR diffuse reflectance spectra of the capsules were collected. Partial least square (PLS) was utilized to build the calibration model with these spectra using HPLC as a reference method. Results The determination coefficients R2 was 95.6 as indicated from the cross validation; RMSECV was 0.804; RMSEP obtained from the validation was 1.13. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid. The NIR result can be used in the mobile lab for determination of Cefadroxil Capsules.
