摘要
目的:建立右旋糖酐20葡萄糖注射液细茵内毒素定量检测方法。方法:采用稀释法排除右旋糖酐20葡萄糖注射液对细茵内毒素含量测定的干扰作用。结果:将右旋糖酐20葡萄糖注射液稀释4倍,可排除其对细茵内毒素含量测定的干扰作用。结论:采用细菌内毒素定量检测法检测右旋糖酐20葡萄糖注射液中的细菌内毒素含量是可行的。
Objective： To establish a method for determination of bacterial endotoxin of dextran 20 glucose for injection. Method： Dilution method was used to exclude the interference of dextran 20 glucose for injection to the determination of bacterial endotoxin. Resuit： The dextran 20 glucose for injection did not interfere the determination of bacterial endotoxin when they were diluted 4 times. Conclusion： The determination of bacterial endotoxin may be used to dextran 20 glucose for injection.
