摘要
目的:考察枸橼酸阿奇霉素注射液的稳定性,并预测其室温贮存有效期。方法:用分光光度法测定枸橼酸阿奇霉素注射液含量;用初均速法预测其有效期。结果:本品在室温、高温条件下稳定;在光照下色泽变深,含量及pH有较明显变化。室温贮存有效期为11个月。结论:枸橼酸阿奇霉素注射液应闭光保存。
Objective： To study the stability of azithromycin citrate injection at room temperature as to predict its expiry term. Method： The content of azithromycin citrate injection was determined by UV spectrophotometry, the expiry term was predicted by initial average rate methods. Result： The content of azithromycin citrate injection changed markedly and its color darkened when it was exposed to sunlight at room temperature. Its expiry term under room temperature is 11 months. Conclusion： The azithromycin citrate injection should be kept in a dark place.
