摘要
在综合国内外文献资料的基础上,着重介绍了电子工艺的清洗技术和电子工艺用清洗剂的现状及发展趋势。从而了解到电子工艺用清洗剂目前还存在许多不足及我国的水基清洗剂在技术上急需突破的诸多难题。但是,水基清洗剂具有安全环保、清洗范围广、与大多数被清洗物相容性好和价格低等优点,同时基于相关法律政策,它将成为今后发展的趋势。
On the basis of referential review on bibliographies domestic and abroad,the present status and tendency about cleaning technologies and detergent for electronic process are presented.Although the detergents haves still many issues to be well resulted at present,but the water-based detergent will surely be the one of most competent candidates for its advantages on environment-friendly,safety,adaptabilities,compatibilities,and low cost in the future for electronic processes.
